Restorative Yoga with me is the practice of slowly letting go of the stresses in your body with carefully selected postures supported with props, such as bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps.

Restorative Yoga with me is typically characterised by gentle, slow stretches with longer holdings which release muscular tension and bring about a relaxed response to the nervous system.
